We look your business up the way a customer would: on Google, on the map, on the street. Out of that we make a complete website. Text, layout, colour, images, opening hours, directions, contact details. It is all there.
That happens before you know us and it costs you nothing. We take the risk that you say no, because we think you should see what you are buying first.
Someone from us comes by the business, at a quiet moment, with the site on a tablet. You see your own name, your own photos and your own opening hours on a screen and you simply say what you think of it.
Whatever is not right, we change. Often there and then, across the counter. If you say no, we throw it away and you never hear from us again. No second call, no follow-up offer.
If you like it, you give your agreement on a page that is on the screen right there. You pay the one-off amount then, before delivery. Once it has arrived we sort out the domain, put the site online and make sure Google finds it. It is live within 24 hours of receipt.
The one-off amount is payable from your agreement, not a day earlier. The site only goes live once that amount is in. Now 195 euro one-off instead of 395, plus 14.95 euro a month for the first twelve months and 29 after that, cancel any month.
Type the name of your business. It goes up on the front of the building beside this, and the lights come on.

This is a drawing of a building, not a real website. What we build for you gets your own photos, your own words and your own opening hours.
A website is more than a picture with your name on it. This is what comes with a site from Pixelpand, without you having to ask for it.
A domain like yourbusiness.com, registered in your name and your company registration number. If you already have one we use it and nothing changes on your business cards. We will put email on it too if you want, so you no longer have to use a free address from a provider.
By far the most people look your business up with a phone in their hand, often while they are already on their way. So we build the phone version first and the computer version after. Big buttons, readable text, your phone number callable with one tap and the route openable with one tap.
We submit your site, put the right details in the code that Google reads and make sure your business, your trade and your town sit together. No magic and no promised first place, but the work that most small sites simply skip.
If you already have reviews on Google, those stars and that text go on your own page too. That is part of the ordinary website, you pay nothing extra for it. They keep themselves up to date. If you do not have any yet we skip this; we do not invent them.
The three things people actually come to your site for are at the top, not somewhere near the bottom. Including different hours around the holidays, because that is what gets searched for most.
If you have good photos of your own, we use them. If you do not, we make images that fit your trade. Never those smiling people from a stock library that everyone recognises.
The site sits on a server in the Netherlands, with a valid padlock in the address bar and daily backups. We do the updates and fix the outages. You never have to dismiss a plug-in warning, because there are none in it.
Different opening hours, a new price, an extra photo, a week closed for a holiday: you send a message and it is usually on the site the same day. That is in the monthly amount, you get no invoice for it. If you want something genuinely new, such as online booking or a small web shop, that is an add-on and you get a price in advance.
The site above is complete as it stands. If your trade needs more, we build another floor on top. Only if you ask for it, at a price you know in advance.

Your customer sees on the site which days and times are still free and picks one. You are notified straight away, by email or on your phone, and it goes in the diary. Two customers in the same slot is no longer possible.

Every add-on above has a starting price. That is a guide, not an invoice: in your case it may be less or more. You always get a fixed price in advance, and nothing is built without you having said yes to it.
Nothing is ever added unasked. An add-on only appears on your site after you have seen the price and said yes yourself. Your monthly amount does not change by itself.
This can still happen years after delivery. You do not have to choose anything now.

At a bakery almost everyone is looking for the same thing: is it open and until when. That answer is in the first sentence and not three screens further down. Everything after that is for the visitor who wants to know more.
A shop does not need ten pages. Four subjects, one continuous page, and on the phone a button that calls. The less there is to choose, the more often people do what they came for.

All amounts are excluding VAT. You pay the one-off amount on agreement, before delivery. The site only goes live once it has arrived. The monthly amount starts from the month you go live. Without add-ons, these are all the costs you have with us.
The monthly amount is not rent for your own website. It is the server it sits on, the certificate for the padlock, the daily backups, the updates to the technology underneath, and the time to make your changes. If you do nothing, you are paying for a site that keeps working. If you call every month with something, you still pay the same. And if you add an add-on later, this amount does not change by itself.
The difference with a long-running contract is not the monthly price, it is the fact that you can stop. Below we use the normal price of 395 euro, not the introductory price, to keep it fair. By way of comparison, an invented but not unusual contract of 69 euro a month fixed for four years:

Most business owners have had someone at the door about a website before. These questions come out of that.
A Facebook page belongs to Facebook, a website belongs to you. People searching Google for your trade and your town rarely end up on a Facebook page, and those who do see adverts first and your opening hours second.
Keep Facebook by all means, use it for news and photos. Put the fixed things on your own site: what you do, when you are open, where you are and how to reach you. The two do not fight each other, they complement each other.
That is why we build it first. You do not have to write any text, supply any photos or pick a typeface. We look your business up, write it and put it together.
What it costs you is a quarter of an hour of looking and saying what you think. That is the whole investment on your side, and you only make it once something already exists.
Then you cancel. Monthly, with a notice period of one month at most. An email is enough.
You get the files of your website, and if the domain is in your name it stays yours. We keep nothing back to hold on to you. If the work is good you will stay of your own accord, and if it is not good you should not be stuck with it.
You do. We prefer to register the domain in your name and your company registration number straight away, so there is never any doubt about it.
If you already have a domain we use that, and nothing changes on your business cards, your van or your shop sign. A domain in the builder's name that you are not allowed to take with you is exactly the trap we want to get rid of.
You do not need to, and that is deliberate. Small changes are included in the monthly amount. You send a message or an email with what needs to be different and it is usually on the site the same day.
We have seen what happens when a business owner gets a login for a system they use twice a year: the site breaks or goes untouched for years. If you really do want access, that can be arranged, but only ask once you are actually going to use it.
The site goes live within 24 hours of the one-off payment arriving. We dare to promise that because the heavy work is done by then: the site was built before we came to see you. All that is left is connecting a domain and putting it online.
If something has to be changed first, we do that, and the 24 hours only start the moment the one-off payment for the changed version has arrived. If you are still waiting on a domain name held by another party, we have no choice but to wait with you; we will say so straight away.
Yes. Alongside the ordinary website we offer add-ons: online booking or appointments, a small web shop with payment, order and collect, a quote form, a newsletter, a photo gallery and a second language.
These are not in the standard price, because it is genuinely extra work. You ask about it, you get a price in advance, and we only build it once you say yes. Nothing is ever added unasked, and it can still happen years after delivery.
Then say so, straight out. We adjust small things on the spot: a different photo, a different colour, a sentence that needs to change.
If it is fundamentally wrong we throw the site away and you never hear from us again. You have signed nothing and paid nothing, so you owe us nothing. That is the whole idea behind building first: the risk is ours, not yours.
Because there is no sales machine in between. No office, no account manager, no three-meeting quotation process, no project manager forwarding email to the builder.
On top of that we build in a fixed way that we know well. A site for a shop or a tradesperson therefore takes hours rather than weeks. That does not cost quality, it saves overhead. What you pay extra at an agency is largely the agency.
Not unless you ask for them yourself. The one-off amount and the monthly amount are everything, excluding VAT. That covers hosting, security, updates, backups and small changes. Right now you pay 14.95 for the first twelve months instead of 29; what it becomes after that is on the form you sign, so it never comes as a surprise.
If you later want an add-on that is genuinely new work, for example a web shop or online booking, you get a price for it first and decide yourself. We never send an invoice for something you have not said yes to beforehand.
A fair question, and one that gets asked too rarely. Your site is an ordinary website with no secret parts and no system only we can get into.
You get the files and the domain is in your name, so any other builder could take it over tomorrow. That is exactly why we build it this way: you have to be able to leave, even if we are no longer here.

Talking about a website gets you very little. Most business owners do not know what to choose, and that is only logical, because it is not your trade. You are asked to judge something that does not exist yet, and all you can do is nod and hope.
A site that already exists, you can judge. You see at a glance whether it is right, whether the photos suit your business and whether the text sounds like the way you talk. So we turn the order around: build first, then show, and only then talk about money.
We do this often, and that helps. We know by now what a good shop site needs: opening hours that are correct, directions that open with one tap, a phone number you can press, and code that will still be standing in five years. That does not have to be thought up again every time.
That is where the promise comes from that your site goes live within 24 hours of the one-off payment arriving. Not because we run fast, but because the heavy work is done by then. What is left is connecting a domain and putting the site online.
Because you can hold us to it. We work with people on the ground in your area: someone comes into the business, you see who you are dealing with, and if something has to change later you send a message to the same people who built the site. No ticket number, no account manager, no being put through to another country.
There are plenty of business owners walking around with a 48-month contract that does not even include their own domain. That works as long as you cannot leave, and that is precisely why it works. We would rather you stayed because it is good. If we do not do our job, you should be able to leave within a month.
Put the name of your business on the demo form. Then we will make a site out of it and come and show it to you. That costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. If you say no, you never hear from us again.
We do not make unsolicited calls. If you do not reply, we leave it at that.
